Sponsored by SUNFLOWER BANK

Dodge City High School Fellowship of Christian Athletes (FCA) and the TOC are excited to announce Ryan Schadler as the 45th Annual FCA Breakfast speaker for the 83rd Annual TOC.
Ryan Schadler currently serves as the Associate Pastor at Vima Church in Wichita, Kansas, and is the Head Football Coach at Wichita Trinity Academy. A former standout athlete at the University of Kansas, Schadler was a wide receiver and All-Big 12 kickoff returner, and he still ranks fourth all-time in KU history in kickoff return yards. After college, he earned opportunities to work out with the Kansas City Chiefs and several CFL teams and was even invited to train with the United States Bobsled Team.
Schadler’s athletic success began early. In high school, he was named the Barry Sanders Kansas Male Athlete of the Year in 2014 and led the nation in yards per carry his senior season with an impressive 14.1 average. He later completed his Master’s in Ministry Leadership from the School of Theology at Fuller Theological Seminary.
Ryan has shared his message with groups across Kansas and is passionate about the impact FCA can have on young people.
“FCA plays an essential role in our schools because it brings the hope of Jesus into the heart of student athletes,” Schadler said. “FCA creates a space where students can hear God’s truth, find real community, and discover their purpose. In a world full of noise and pressure, FCA gives student athletes a place to encounter the life-changing message of Christ—and that’s something our schools and locker rooms desperately need.”
Ryan and his wife, Madison, have two children: Banks, who is almost three years old, and Maclynn, who is eight months old. The Schadler’s are devoted to serving their community and investing in the lives of the people around them.
Tickets are $10 and may be purchased at the door the morning of the event!
For over 40 years, the FCA Breakfast has been part of the tradition of the TOC. On top of the generous support of Sunflower Bank, this organization relies on donations from local businesses and individuals to keep the breakfast free of charge for the teams competing in the tournament each year.
Anyone interested in donating to the Boot Hill FCA can contact Jay Gifford at Dodge City High School for details. Boot Hill FCA is an EFCA accredited ministry.
