Burton, Ridgway qualify for state

The Dodge City High School bowling team will be represented by junior Makayla Burton and senior Zachary Ridgway at the 6A state tournament after finishing in the top 10 at regionals on Thursday.
Ridgway bowled a 670 to finish third overall individually while the Dodge City boys placed fifth out of nine teams. Burton scored a 551 and the Red Demons girls also earned fifth.
The pair of Red Demons will head to Wichita on on Friday.
