The Dodge City Red Demons travel to Carpenter Stadium on the campus of Wichita South High School to take on the Titans this Friday night.
- This will be the sixth meeting all-time between the two schools, and the first since 2017.
- The Red Demons have won five of the six meetings between the schools, defeating the Titans 61-6 in their last meeting in 2017. The lone South victory was in 1977, a 7-0 win for the Titans.
- The Red Demons return home next Friday night for Homecoming matchup with #3 (5A) ranked Bishop Carroll. South lost to Carrol in week two by a score of 35-6. Carrol plays #1 (6A) Derby this Friday night.
- Dodge City won their conference opener vs Liberal last week by a score of 48-12.
- The Red Demons will play the same number, four, of Greater Wichita Athletic League teams during the regular season as they do Western Athletic Conference teams.
